Yup, it's pretty clearly saying he's juvenile


It's a fairly common trope in humor. "That's lame." You would know! "That's stupid." You would know! It's turning the criticism onto the criticizer and away from the thing being criticized. Very esoteric in its simplicity. One might even say ... it's juvenile.
